  • Your full name
  • The vacancy you are applying for
  • A brief description of the issue

How to Apply

Step 1: Register an Account

  1. Click on the Sign Up option in the login menu.
  2. Enter a login name and a valid email address.
  3. You will receive a verification email from techsupport@rgukt.ac.in. This may take a few minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
  4. Click on the verification link in the email to validate your account.
  5. Set your password and log in using your login name and password.
  6. You can change or reset your password anytime through the portal.
  7. For any login or registration issues, email techsupport@rgukt.ac.in.

Step 2: Application Process

Follow these steps to complete your online application:

  1. Use an updated browser (preferably Google Chrome) and ensure JavaScript is enabled.
  2. Login and navigate to the application form via the main menu.
  3. Before filling out the form, ensure you have scanned copies of your photograph and other ready.
  4. Fill out the application form carefully. You can edit the form before final submission.
  5. Complete all required fields and proceed to final submission, followed by a successful payment.
  6. SMS / Email notifications regarding your application will be sent from careers@rgukt.ac.in. Ensure these emails are not marked as spam.
  7. Regularly check the university's career page: www.rgukt.ac.in/careers for updates and announcements.
